These Terms of Use apply to the BIGworksheet website, digital products, and downloadable resources available at worksheets.ibigsmart.com.
By accessing this website or purchasing, downloading, or using a resource from BIGworksheet, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our products.
Digital Products
All products sold by BIGworksheet are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped.
Product descriptions explain what is included in each purchase. Please review the description, grade range, file format, and other product information before completing your order.
License Granted to the Purchaser
Purchasing a product gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the resource. Copyright and ownership of the product are not transferred to you.
Unless a product states otherwise, each purchase provides a single-user license.
Teachers and Educational Professionals
An individual teacher, tutor, therapist, or educational professional may:
- Use the resource with students they personally teach.
- Print copies for students in their own classes or instructional groups.
- Display the resource during their own classroom instruction.
- Assign the resource electronically to their own students through a private, password-protected learning platform.
Parents and Homeschoolers
A parent or homeschooler may:
- Use the resource with children in their own household.
- Print copies for personal, non-commercial educational use within their household.
Secure Digital Use
You may upload a purchased resource to a private, password-protected classroom or learning-management system only when access is limited to your own current students.
You must remove the files when they are no longer needed or when students who were granted access are no longer under your instruction.
Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Share the original files with another teacher, school, organization, parent, or third party.
- Email, copy, transfer, or distribute the files to others.
- Upload the files to a public website, shared drive, social-media platform, file-sharing service, or publicly accessible classroom page.
- Resell, sublicense, rent, or give away the files.
- Use the files as part of another product offered for sale or distribution.
- Copy or extract passages, questions, answer keys, illustrations, layouts, or other content to create a competing resource.
- Remove copyright notices, branding, watermarks, or ownership information.
- Claim the resource or any part of it as your own work.
- Use the content to train, develop, test, or supply datasets to an artificial-intelligence system without written permission.
- Make the files available in a way that allows people outside the licensed classroom or household to download or copy them.
If more than one teacher or staff member wishes to use a resource, each user must obtain a separate license unless written permission or a different license has been provided.
Answer Keys
Answer keys are intended for the purchaser and authorized educators. They must not be posted publicly or shared in a location where students or unauthorized users can access them.
Modifications
You may make limited modifications for use with your own students or children, such as adding instructions or accessibility support, when the file format permits.
Modifying a resource does not transfer ownership or permit you to share, publish, distribute, or sell the modified version.
Orders and Payments
You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe. BIGworksheet does not require customers to send payment-card information by email.
We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order when necessary due to a pricing error, duplicate transaction, suspected fraud, technical problem, or product unavailability.
Download Access
Download access may be subject to the limit shown with your order. You are responsible for downloading and securely backing up your purchased files.
You may not attempt to bypass download limits or interfere with the website’s security or delivery systems.
Refunds
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Because digital products cannot be physically returned, refund eligibility is limited and reviewed according to the circumstances described in that policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.
Educational Disclaimer
BIGworksheet resources are supplemental educational materials. The purchaser is responsible for determining whether a resource is appropriate for particular students, learning objectives, school requirements, and local curriculum standards.
We do not guarantee a particular academic result, test score, grade, or learning outcome.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website content and digital resources are owned by or licensed to BIGworksheet and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.
No ownership rights are transferred through accessing the website or purchasing a product.
Website Availability
We aim to keep the website and download services available, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, hosting issues, security incidents, internet failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect access.
If you experience a problem accessing a purchased file, contact us so we can attempt to resolve it.
Termination of License
The license to use a resource may be terminated if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the resource and delete any unauthorized copies.
Termination does not limit any other rights or remedies available to BIGworksheet.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use when our products, services, or legal requirements change. The revised date will be displayed at the top of this page.
Changes will apply from the date they are published and will not remove rights already granted under applicable law.
